      A deposit gets the process started, with a discussion of tonal considerations and other custom needs, and a tentative delivery date.  The minimum deposit is $1000, and a second payment is made when wood is picked and the instrument is begun, and the balance is due before delivery.  In the ordering process, I like to find out more about your specific musical style and tonal requirements. Then I choose wood, bracing styles and other details related to sound based on that discussion and process.
All instruments are warranteed for life to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. My highest priority is meeting and exceeding the musical needs of my clients with honesty and integrity of my process and product. Please contact me with any questions or comments.
